• The implementation of the work
  • The work is managed and coordinated by FlowTech’s experienced assembly-managers in cooperation with the contractor
  • The staff at FlowTech has craft-skills and a lot of experience with construction of process-plants in stainless steel. All are equipped with tools of a good quality
  • Suppliers and sub-suppliers are all recognized companies
  • With the help of FlowTech’s time-project controlsystem we can trace all purchases of materials and working-processes
  • On-going clean-up is a matter of course
• Test run
  • When everything is fully assembled all components are being function tested. The whole plant is screened to reveal potential weaknesses
  • All irregularities will be adjusted and a new test-run is made
  • Former and future operators should participate
• Commissioning
  • The plant is set in operation and being tested for functional capacity
• Handing-over
  • When the plan produces according to the specifications a handing-over procedure is being held.
  • The plant is screened by the contractor, contracting company and suppliers and a list of errors and deficiencies is made.
  • The hand-over certificate is signed
  • Remedy of errors and deficiencies. Extra ordering is being made as soon as possibly.
  • The agreed documentation is turned over
• Clearing of the workplace
  • When all contractual works and supplementary services are delivered the workplace is being cleared.
