FlowTech designs and manufactures jam and preserves lines and machinery according to customer requirements and specifications.
FlowTech designs the complete production line from receipt of fruit to final packing. FlowTech has 20 years’ experience of this process, from needs analysis to delivery and installation of the finished plant.
We are also willing to work together with the customer to optimise the use of existing machines and components. FlowTech is able to deliver machinery for related products such as brown cheese, dolce latte, syrup, and other semi-liquid foods.
FlowTech constructs its own holding cells of varying lengths. Residues can be flushed out through dirty or normal rinsing. The holding cells are pre‐insulated with lagging approved for use in the food industry. The high degree of insulation saves energy, as well as ensuring the product’s correct treatment.
FlowTech supplies small units, which function as small process plants. They have their own heating circulation system, piping and control systems that manage the process. The machines can be extended to include controlled weighing by means of integrated weighing units. Volume and flow are matched to the customer’s filling stations, so that there is a continual process flow to the filling and packing areas.
